Cody Christensen

Cody Christensen is a Writer, Director, and Creative Producer. He grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota where the storytelling cultures of the Lakota peoples and the plains cowboys inspired a lifelong passion of communicating human experience that led him to study film in Las Vegas, NV, and Seoul, South Korea.

For fifteen years as a Story Producer and Senior Producer he helped create longform docuseries content for the UFC, and contributed to the development of a character-driven focus on athletes that has come to define the UFC’s content in the modern era. He then expanded his passion for storytelling into writing and developing fictional series, longform nonfiction, shorts, and copywriting. With a concentration on the human story behind the athlete, he’s worked with brands like Nike and helped One Inch Dreams make high adventure a metaphor for our lives.
